Contact Hours

An auto accident caused by texting and driving results in more than just emotional damage to the individuals involved. Texting and driving can put a huge dent in the wallet of a distracted driver.

Costs of traffic fines and penalties vary from state to state, and a driver in Salt Lake City may pay more than a driver in the Empire State. Hiring a lawyer, on the other hand, is expensive no matter where you live. Even if you don’t personally text and drive, the damages caused by those who do cost you money as a taxpayer. Whoever you are and wherever you live, texting and driving isn’t worth the cost.
