Kearns – January 4th 

A driver crashed into a children’s community center on January 4th. The car flew off the hillside and crashed into the building hosting The Kearns Early Childhood Head Start program.

Security footage of the accident shows the vehicle running another car off the road before smashing into the building. There were no injuries resulting from the accident. The police suspect the driver of driving under the influence.

St. George – January 5th 

A fatal accident occurred at an intersection along the I-15 in St. George. According to the St. George Police Department, the accident took place at the 3050 East and 850 North intersections on Thursday, 5th January.

The report states that at least one person died in the accident. However, there was little more information about any victims or casualties.

The police closed southbound 3050 East and said traffic would be affected for some time after.
