Motorcycles are considered the most dangerous vehicles on the road, and with good reason — according to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), per miles traveled in 2013 motorcycle fatalities trumped car fatalities by more than 26 times.
A motorcycle accident can result in more than just scrapes and bruises, especially if the rider is not wearing the proper safety gear. For law enforcement and lawyer professionals, motorcycle accidents can get messy.
