If you’ve ever gotten into a surprise accident on the highway on your way home to Farmington, Utah, you know that auto accident situations can be pretty bewildering. At Robert J. DeBry & Associates, we wanted to know the best way to cope with an auto accident situation — so we spoke with Sergeant Todd Royce of the Utah Highway Patrol about the best way to deal with a crash.

If your car is still drivable after an accident, make sure to pull off the road and out of the way of traffic. Take note of any injuries, contact the local police and exchange insurance information. If the other party in the accident argues the accident was your fault, don’t hesitate to contact your local lawyer.
