How to Remove Ice and Snow From Your Driveway

You know that winter has come to Salt Lake City when those first little snowflakes start to drift down from the sky. They are beautiful, delightful even. They can also be an omen of the dark side of winter: the slip and fall.

Frozen water means plenty of opportunities for accidents. Every day activities like walking and driving in the winter can become dangerous undertakings. Slick roads cause cars to lose traction and slide. The same thing happens when your snow boots come in contact with a particularly slick patch of ice.

Keeping your driveway and sidewalks clear of ice and snow protects you from potential lawsuits filed by the unlucky bystander who might slip and fall on your property and call a lawyer. Here are a few tips for removing all those layers of frozen H2O.
