Robert J. DeBry & Associates is a well-established Personal Injury firm seeking a full-time paralegal for our St. George office.
Qualifications
- Paralegal experience.
- Strong writing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent client relations and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and adhere to deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Duties Include
- Manage caseload of personal injury cases, under the supervision of an attorney.
- Prepare legal documents under the supervision of an attorney.
- Review and summarize medical records for fact discovery.
- Negotiate liens, and medical bills with providers and insurance carriers.
- Communicate regularly with clients.
- Maintain confidentiality.
Education and Experienced Requirements:
- Associate degree in paralegal studies or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Past work experience and training under the supervision of a licensed attorney.
