In Salt Lake City, the ski season officially starts in the third week of November. This highly anticipated time requires a bit of at home preparation. From leg and cardio workouts, ski tuning, winterizing your car to avoid an auto accident and determining where to get your season pass, of course, your check list is long.

It would be awful if after the months of preparation, you got off the chairlift without a few safety tools that can make or break your season (and end in a call to your lawyer). Add purchasing these items or checking the status of these items you own before you retreat to the slopes.
