A head-on collision occurred in Provo, UT, on Thursday, November 17, leaving two individuals fatally injured and one hospitalized. According to The Salt Lake Tribune, a 31-year-old mother steered the truck into the wrong lane, colliding with another car. The accident occurred near 600 West on Lakeview Parkway. 

The truck which was hit, driven by a 75-year-old man, caught on fire. Another car nearby put out the fire with a fire extinguisher in their vehicle. 

The Salt Lake Tribune reported the police department is further investigating the accident.
