Mr. Banks graduated from the University of Utah in 2003 with a B.A. in Anthropology, and a B.A. in Communication, emphasizing Argumentation and Decision Making.  Mr. Banks attended law school at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.  During law school, Mr. Banks was very involved in Willamette’s Clinical Law Program, earning an award for Best Appellate Argument.  As a third-year law student, Mr. Banks successfully argued an appeal in the Oregon Court of Appeals.  After law school, Mr. Banks moved back to Utah and joined Robert J. DeBry & Associates, where he began representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.  In 2013, Mike was on a team of lawyers that obtained a $58.5 million verdict in a wrongful death lawsuit in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  In 2015, Mike joined Adams Davis, P.C., where he continues to represent clients who have been injured and families who have lost loved ones in wrongful death cases.  Mr. Banks has successfully arbitrated, mediated, and tried numerous lawsuits on behalf of his clients.  Mr. Banks enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs in his spare time.  Mr. Banks collects and restores vintage motorcycles and loves soviet sidecar motorcycles.
