Nathan Morris joined Robert J. DeBry and Associates in early 2015 as an associate attorney for the firm and has been a valuable, hardworking member for the firm since then. Nathan is a determined trial attorney specializing in the area of personal injury law, including motor vehicle collisions, transportation law, dog bite cases, homeowners’ claims and insurance litigation.
He has successfully litigated multiple jury trials as lead counsel (including wrongful death cases, flooding cases, drilling rig cases and automobile injury cases), with his extensive experience in arbitration and mediation resulting in hundreds of successful resolutions for his clients.
Prior to joining Robert J. DeBry & Associates, Nathan was a defense lawyer and Board Member at Richards Brandt Miller Nelson where his clients included Allstate, MetLife, EMC Insurance, Utah Transit Authority, and a variety of trucking companies and other insurance companies.
Before studying law Nathan earned his Bachelor of Arts in English, Italian and Communications from Brigham Young University. During his undergraduate study Nathan played soccer for BYU’s Men’s Soccer, where he captained the team to three national collegiate championship victories.
Nathan received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. During his study there he was the moot court chairperson and a member of the UALR Law Review.
Nathan is a dedicated and determined attorney for the firm, poring over each individual case to help every client and new case receive fair compensation from insurance companies. Through his dedicated service to helping others who have been injured, Nathan has been named to the Utah Business Magazine Legal Elite and the Mountain States Super Lawyers in Civil Litigation from 2011 to present. In 2009, Nathan was also named as a Mountain States Rising Star. Nathan also serves as a Bar Examiner for the Torts section of the Utah State Bar Exam.
Nathan has a passion for all sports, including golf, tennis, basketball and soccer. He also enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Kristen and his five beautiful children, and serving as a youth leader of over 250 young men in Centerville, Utah.
