Lynn P. Heward has been an associate attorney for Robert J. Debry & Associates since 2002. His passion and success is helping Utah families find relief after a traumatic accident. Prior to working at the firm, Lynn had a solo practice for 22 years, where he successfully litigated on behalf of individuals and small firms against large companies.

Lynn is one of the firm’s leading Spanish-speaking attorneys. He enjoys working with the Spanish community, sometimes traveling to Mexico to meet with clients on cases that oftentimes become difficult and challenging because of the insurance companies.

While pursuing a degree in Mathematics at Brigham Young University, Lynn joined the military and became an officer for the United States Air Force. While serving in the Air Force, Lynn received his Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics and a Master’s Degree in Business.

Lynn later graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from Brigham Young University and was admitted to the Utah Bar 1978, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Lynn is a member of Toastmasters International’s local Utah chapter. This membership is a group of individuals who are dedicated to expanding communication and leadership skills through helping others in the community.

Through his experiences, Lynn has maintained the deep level of compassion and sensitivity when working with each new client. He ensures that each case receives individualized attention to help his clients through the tough and nightmarish situations the clients often find themselves in after an accident.

When Lynn is not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and 15 grandchildren. He also enjoys running, hiking and playing volleyball.
